Isaiah 41:10 (New Living Translation) Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.
Isaiah 41:10 clearly states it all and is self explanatory, God is there wherever you are and will be there for you always.
On the weekend we had rented the movie Bolt, and if you haven't seen it put it on your must see movie list, if you have awesome!! cuz you know how the movie goes and what I'm talking about! It's about a dog who's a super dog that makes movies. He protects his owner Penny from the villains. I don't want to give it all away for those who haven't seen the movie, but he gets separated from Penny and is determined to find her. Along the way he meets a cat and a hamster to help him find Penny.
Throughout the movie they become friends and the cat made a house for them to stay in out of cardboard boxes. The cat was happy and excited and thinking Bolt would stay, but he cant because he was on a mission to find his owner. In the same scene the cat tells how she feels about Bolt leaving. She was very upset with Bolt having to leave because the family she use to stay with walked out of her life when they had to move.
When your in school you tend to make a friend or two along the way every time i made a friend a year later or so they would move, and some other person would come around and id make another friend and the same thing would happen, they'd move away!. From gr.10 and on some friends that I've made stayed except most of them ended up being in different classes than i was. It irritated me because you build up a friendship and then you feel like its lost, you feel far away and forgotten or broken.
I could understand and feel what the cat was feeling when she was telling why friendship was important to her when she made a friend. At the same time while watching the movie I realize that Jesus will never leave us, He will always be there and will always strengthen us when we open our hearts to Him.
